The Triple Threat cards in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team represent trios of players from the same football club, including both men's and women's teams, as well as past and present players. This concept is designed to create more dynamic team-building opportunities and improve chemistry within the team.

During the Triple Threat week, players can receive a special boost to their squad. This comes in the form of a 83+ Players Pack containing three players, helping to strengthen their club and celebrate the principle of powerful trios in football.

Players can engage with themed objectives around specific trios, like a Tottenham trio, for example. This involves unlocking two parts of the trio through Squad Building Challenges and then working towards the final Objective player. Different combinations of Triple Threat players can unlock various pack rewards, further enhancing the Ultimate Team experience.

Triple Threat Hero Cards

Alongside the regular Triple Threat cards, EA Sports has introduced special editions of Hero cards. These are available in Ultimate Team packs and include notable retired football figures, adding a nostalgic and prestigious element to the game.

These Hero cards can be obtained not only through Ultimate Team packs but also via new Squad Building Challenges (SBCs). For instance, completing the SBC for iconic Spurs defender Ledley King rewards players with his card.

To complete the Triple Threat Hero Ledley King SBC, players must finish four specific SBCs (Top-Form, England, Premier League, and 87-Rated Squad). This requires an investment of around 388,000 coins, providing a clear pathway to acquiring this special edition card.
