Early Life
Bruno Miguel Borges Fernandes, born on 8th September 1994, grew up in Maia, a municipality in the Porto district of Portugal. His passion for football was evident from a very early age. He spent the majority of his early career with Infesta and Boavista in Porto. When he was 17, he left Portugal to join Novara Calcio in Italy, marking the onset of his professional footballing career.
Novara Calcio
In August 2012, Bruno joined Novara Calcio, an Italian Serie B team. He played in the youth team before quickly moving to the senior team.
