Early Life
Pedro Eliezer Rodríguez Ledesma, known as Pedro, was born on July 28, 1987, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. He grew up in a soccer-loving environment and honed his skills on the picturesque beaches and local parks of Tenerife. Pedro showed a talent for soccer from an early age, with his speed, skill and sharp shooting skills evident from the outset.
Youth Career
Pedro’s football career started at the local club, CD San Isidro, where he displayed great promise. His talent was quickly recognized by the scouts of FC Barcelona who signed him to their prestigious youth academy, La Masia, in 2004. At La Masia, he continued to sharpen his skills and technique under the guidance of experienced coaches. Pedro’s performances for the FC Barcelona B squad started to attract attention, and he was soon given a chance with the first team.
